Orders are placed either via our e-shop or by calling Customer Support.

In order to place your order, it is necessary to choose the size of the item you want and then press the button “Add to Cart”. As a result, the item is added to your shopping cart.

When you have finished selecting all your items and adding them to your cart, and are ready to complete your order, you’ll have to press “Checkout”.

In this step, you

  • fill in your billing and shipping information
  • choose payment method
  • choose shipping method
  • fill in the respective fields, if you have a coupon or a voucher
  • accept the Terms and Conditions and press “Place your Order”

After you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail  with your order information.

In case you don’t receive any emails or messages, please contact Customer Support.

The packages are sent by us on the same or next business day with ELTA Courier or ACS and the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for all of Greece. 

If you have completed your order with Box Now on a business day before 13:00pm, your order will be sent on the same day. Otherwise, it will be sent on the next business day and the delivery time is within 48 hours from the day of shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days via Kronos Express.

If you have completed your order with Box Now on a working day before 13:00pm your order will be shipped the same day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next working day and the delivery time is within 48 hours from the day of shipment.

Once it leaves our headquarters, you will receive a tracking number with which you will be able to track your package via the official website of the courier service.

Cancelling your order is ONLY possible via e-mail at support@marmaladyclothingbar.com or by calling Customer Service (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00).

According to our policy, you have 14 working days since receiving your package to:

  • either change your item with another item from our e-shop
  • either return the item and receive a Coupon (with no expiration date) with the value of the returned item(s) for future purchases.

In order to return any items, it is necessary to first complete the Return Form here.. There you will find elaborate instructions on the process.

In both cases, the return is 4€ in Greece has free shipping.

Your Coupon is automatically sent to you in an e-mail.  Please make sure to check your spam folder.

Any Coupons may be used in the Checkout by filling in the field “Coupon” before you complete your order. It is NECESSARY to press the “Use Coupon” button in order to redeem it.

You can use your code with products of a lower value and the remaining amount will remain in the same coupon to use it in the future on a new order.
