Coupon for future use
After you choose "Coupon for future use" you will receive a unique Coupon with the same total value as the items you returned, which may be used in a new order with no expiration date.
However, it is necessary to return your items within 14 working days.To return it to us, you can either send it by courier ( ACS,BOXNOW) for orders within GREECE * and via KRONOS EXPRESS for orders within CYPRUS and at Leontos Sofou 18, P.C. 54625, Thessaloniki, or ask for a courier appointment so that it may be picked up from your address, by filling in your info in the return form.
Returns will only be approved if the item has not been worn, washed, or altered, and by providing the purchase receipt.
*(In case you return your items with a courier service that isn't mentioned above, the shipping cost burdens the customer.).
*Changes cannot be made to EARRINGS and TIGHTS as well as PERFUMES and COSMETICS and UNDERWEAR for hygiene reasons.
* You can complete up to 3 changes/return for each order
